INTRANEST

Terms of use

These terms describe the current use of IntraNest, a self-hosted tool for teams.

Updated October 1, 2026

Use within your team

Your organization controls the network where the server runs. IntraNest has no sign-in or access key; anyone who can reach the server can manage shared content.

Your server and content

The server host controls network access, availability, backups, updates, file-size limits, and chat retention. Anyone who can reach the server can read, add, and delete links, files, and chat messages.

Responsible use

Do not use IntraNest to break the law, disrupt another system, or share content without permission. Follow your organization’s policies and the software license that accompanies your copy.

Availability

IntraNest is provided as self-hosted software. The project maintainer does not operate your intranet server or promise that it will be available, backed up, or free of errors.
